My facialist did not introduce herself so I don’t know her name. She was not welcoming and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The facial itself was okay, but she didn’t provide a good experience or make me feel welcome. My friend referred me and said that during her Hydrafacial visit, her facialist spoke with her to discuss her skin concerns and chose together which booster would be used. During my appointment, there was no discussion about my skin concerns and no choice of booster. There was no discussion at all during my facial beyond signing the release forms. I was expecting a more personable experience.
The front desk and checkout experience was good and lived up to my expectation. I’m sharing my experience so that you can try to uphold the same positive customer experience through the entire process.
