Heesun is amazing! I love her and the results I see when I work with her. I would however recommend better management at that location. There were no business cards available at the location as I always like to recommend and when I asked why, they said it was because of management and they need new leadership. It’s unfortunate that you have such great staff members working with management they neither respect or learn from. The manager in Brooklyn (Brandi) is amazing and could definitely teach the manager in soho a thing or two about leading effectively
