I went to the Flatiron location and was super pleased with the experience (minus one start for the result). The young lady at the front desk was really sweet and offered a bottle of water when she saw I was sweating my face off (ran from Penn, practically). I went in for Botox and my provider was Allyson. She was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and was thorough in her asking and answering of questions. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be doing Botox again. I guess my brow/lid are in that small percentage of droopers and it's an awful look. I now have incredibly hooded eyes and flat eyebrows. Now I'm just counting down the days til it wears off- the good news is that my forehead is smooth, haha, I'm just not willing to trade a smooth forehead for this current eye look I've got going on. (And I followed the post-injection rules- walked very slowly back to the train so I didn't sweat, stayed upright, didn't touch my face, didn't exaggerate my facial expressions, etc). That said, the facility is very clean, modern and a relaxing and literally every person I came into contact with was charming.
