Knowledgeable, FRIENDLY and patient!! I had a ton of questions and they honestly answered them all! No aggressive pitches or pressure to do or buy anything...I had never heard of this place and literally walked in off the street to drop off charity holiday gifts and was like what is this place...quiet calm and smelled nice..I was like sign me up today for all of it..lol..here is my card! Prices and reward program is amazing...looking forward to my 2wk follow up and next service...once you see them in 1 location all of a sudden your eyes see them everywhere....Rockville , logan circle, clarendon and yes I stopped in each one to confirm service staff friendliness and knowledge...they all passed
