This is a great product and the Customer Service is brilliant. You can phone and speak to a real human who is clued-up, friendly, knowledgeable, with delegated responsibility to make decisions and VERY helpful. The only thing which let the company down was an extremely rude and unhelpful delivery driver who was unbelievably unpleasant. He was NOT an employee of the company. I reported the matter and recieved an immediate apology. In fact the Customer Service person was mortified.
