While browsing the internet, pricing Biona Rye Bread, I came across Evergreen in Galway. When I contacted them I was, from the outset, greeted and treated with great efficiency and courtesy. My order was relatively small but received careful attention … particularly in relation to "best before" dates. A very special word of thanks to Joanne who, at every stage of the process, was the very soul of patience and helpfulness.
