Very professional people. I placed an order for 5 bottles of olive oil, unfortunately only 3 delivered. I rang to let them know what happened, straight away the lovely Ellie said it would be sorted. They sent me on the missing 2 bottles, (one extra which will be collected by DPD). Very efficient and helpful staff. Will definitely be buying from them again. Excellent customer care.
