I ordered several bottles of laundry liquid from Evergreen. The online ordering process was simple and the goods arrived very soon after. Unfortunately, one of the bottles was damaged (I suspect in transit) and half the liquid had leaked. When I contacted the company about it, they simply asked for a photo and immediately offered either a replacement or refund. The only problem with the order at all was to do with the delivery driver, who would not come to my house, instead delivered it to a store 3 miles away for me to collect, and whose rough handling (I strongly suspect) also damaged the bottle. But these are issues with the delivery company, not with Evergreen. Evergreen were easy and pleasant to deal with, and I will order with them again.
