After placing my order, I was a little impatient and asked the customer service if the parcel had been shipped yet because I hadn't received a tracking number. The customer service answered me directly and very kindly :-) that the parcel hadn't been shipped yet and that I would receive the tracking number at the same time as it was shipped. And that's how it was. We love Ireland very much and are particularly happy to have found a supplier in Evergreen Healthfoods that also ships within Europe. This means that we as Germans can continue to enjoy our favorite English tea, shipped from Ireland, in France :-)
