The food is very tasty (for frozen food standards) and everything works overall pretty well. I like the flexibility of changing my order and the email reminders to do so when it's getting close to the delivery. I love how careful they are with the packaging, specially by ensuring it's sustainable and correctly discarded by the customers (with instructions and so on). The web product (website) also works well, I can do the basic actions I expected to do as a user, although there's room to improve the UX and brand visuals. I recommend it to everyone who's trying to avoid ordering takeout and having a more balanced diet :)
