I got my house insurance renewed on Friday and decided to try another company to see if they could beat Liverpool. I was impressed with the customer service, quick and clear responses with a rundown of all my options and what it covered. At no time did I feel like I was being pushed down any route other than to simply explain what my choices looked like for the best price I could get. They were competitive and it was all quickly in place later that day. Cheers
