Don't use this company. I paid £878 in advance for branded goods that did not arrive ... too late for me to order from someone else. I was, at first, told that the money would be paid back in the next pay run at the end of the week, and now a week later I am still without the money and have been informed by email that the normal refund is 30 days, (in fairness the accounts department are very nice, but I have had a difficult time with the management) Not only is my personal reputation ruined by using Everything Branded, but my cash flow is ruined as well. It is a mean way of treating a small customer and I would steer very clear of the company at all costs. I am not leaving this anonymously so that potential customers know it is real. My advice,
1. don't pay upfront
2. check the terms and conditions
