The whole process was very simple and straightforward.
Dean was excellent - very professional. Took me through all the paper with no pressure at all and even made me read pages through - I never signed anything without knowing what it was and felt at ease through it all.
He then took me around the vehicle and made sure I was 100% happy.
Could not recommend highly enough.
