Exchanged a Kia for a Kia. Initially misadvised by Dominic on how to return the car. Contacted several times mid contract to return the car (company policy is to ensure they have enough cars to sell through to sales forecourt partner they have so recalls seem to be ad-hoc) Gill in accounts is very uncompromising and ultimately will cost Evogo my business. Good for short term fix, there are better if you are looking for a long term fix. Approach with caution and expect to have to chase then be chased in terms of your order/return
