Initial contact with Evogo was a bit wobbly - I had to contact by an enquiry form and was responded to, but sometimes slowly. However, once I had gotten the phone number of someone in the offices, it was much easier to get my questions answered and understand how it all worked. Also found that the stock on the site didn't match what was actually in stock, which was a little frustrating. Would also like to be able to filter cars on the website by 'automatic'. Picking up the car was a simple process which was positive, apart from having to travel to Luton which required a day off work. While the person who did the car swap with me was friendly and helpful, he was also a little patronising when telling me about the maintenance requirements, stating that my 'boyfriend' could help me with the general upkeep (oil, screenwash top ups etc) if I wasn't comfortable with it. I hadn't stated anything about being uncomfortable with cars, and hadn't mentioned a boyfriend or that I was straight! A minor issue perhaps but could've been avoided. Absolutely LOVE the car though - I am very happy with the vehicle and the mileage allowance as it stands, and I hope I can continue my relationship with Evogo for a long time.
