Nick was very professional, extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. I am not the easiest client and wanted a top end car with certain non-standard options. They found me a great car and I took delivery of a BMW X3 M40 with “ 21 alloys with blue brake callipers” in July 2018. On the 1st October I had a mountain bike accident and broke my arm and called to say unable to drive. They allowed me to hand the car back 15 days early with no charge. Nick and Dean(Manager) came out to my house and collected the car the next day. This was a stressful time for me so that was really appreciated. I just cant see why anyone would do a 36 month lease when you can get can a new car every 6 months from these guys. I have now ordered an S3 as able to drive again from this month. They have again helped out by supplying me with a temporary car until new one arrives from dealer at end of month. Excellent company with unique proposition and great customer service. Thanks Nick.
