I am extremely UNHAPPY with rhinoshield's service. I ordered a phone case and a screen protector on the 11th of this month and I have not heard back from them yet. the first email they sent me said that if I do no hear from them within 5 business days I should contact their customer service which I did multiple times with no success. I sent them emails, I have even sent them a msg on Instagram and Facebook. Not to mention that I had to pay 22 usd for the shipping while my order was 54 usd. and for what 22 usd? the service is bad they don't reply and my order has still not arrived. I am really disappointed in their customer service and delivery. If I do not hear from them I will have to ask for a refund which is something I do not want to do because I really am looking forward to using their amazing case.
