Love the product. You really can hammer in nails with your phone now. (tried it) After my rough trip in Asia the foil started to peel off slowly. So I tried out the life-long warranty and it worked perfectly. I just contacted the helpdesk, asked for replacement and the instructions. Got everything in without waiting and also the shipment was extremely fast. Have in the meantime equipped all my friends and colleagues. I am a fan! Fantastic product, helpdesk, lean process and fast shipment.
