I was impressed by the videos you have on line, but haven't experienced a drop that would test the product. But I do have a suggestion for improvement. The "shield" for the front and back is not quite wide enough. I can feel the edges when I swipe and its annoying. it also leaves a small sliver of the phone unprotected from the elements. I know that's not a key feature but how much more would it cost to get these edges covered all the way to the bumper? It would be a cleaner look and the user would feel that it is a better fit and fully protected.
