It goes on very clear. I barely notice that I have a screen protector on my phone. I did not try the hammer test with this and will not try it. I don't want to take that chance.... I gave this a 4 out of 5 because I noticed very light scratches on the protector a couple of days after applying it to my phone. And no my screen did not have any scratches on it before applying and I don't know how it got there. And another thing is this protector does pick up fingerprint smudges a lot. I find myself wiping my screen off at least a few times a day. It will be nice if Rhino Shield can fixe those issues that I mentioned. But other than that, it's a very nice protector.
