I love my case, we have 4 of them on our I phones. I ordered two this time, one was a warranty replacement, that you have to pay shipping on, for the warranty??which is just poor customer service, the other was for the new I phone6s and it took 6 days longer to receive than the warranty replacement. I did not pay extra for quick shipping , so I received the drag your feet shipping, which again I think is poor customer service.
