While the product met my expectations by being at least as good as possible, I have to give the customers service one additional big plus. After wear and tear breakdown of one iPhone Bumper I got a free replacement (bare shipping). Well, that's unexpected... thank you.
I am very satisfied, yes. Despite that I have to smile about "asking me first about if I am satisfied with the product _before_ sending ma a link to a form for writing a review." Ehem. Obvious? Accident? Best practice? Well, I can't complain, I like the bumpers and the service.
