I bought a Crash guard for my daughters phone from the Kickstarter last year. After 10 months of very heavy wear, the old guard was cracking and falling apart, so Evolutive replaced it FOC, for which I was very grateful, and within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service.
Brilliant company, would highly recommend.
