Could not be more upset. order a screen protector from them. it was expensive and took a month to arrive. The screen protector that arrived was incorrect, either the adhesive or the hold punch was on the wrong side. I contacted them. They asked for my phones SN #, which isn't relevant to which screen protector i ordered. I was told I would have to pay to ship it back to them and that there would be a restocking fee. I did not as I am not sinking any more money into this.
