I returned a fleece zip top via Hermes as arranged on November 22nd.
I am still awaiting a refund with no way of talking with customer services at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill.
I have emailed them with no reply.
Poor after sales service, a big disappointment and certainly not the origional Edinburgh Woolen Mill customer services that I recall from not so very long ago.
