I recently bought a coat from EWM while away for a weekend, when I got home I discovered they had left the security tags on, I called the shop, and got no assistance, but to take it to a local shop to get the tag removed. Not so easy as our local shops had been closed. Eventually I managed to get a response from their office, and returned the coat at a cost of £12 postage, and I eventually got a refund for the coat, the attitude and customer service has been the worst I have encountered for a long time, this was their fault, they gave me a credit for their shop for £10, but to spend this on line I have to spend £3.50 in their postage charges, this is not customer service as I know it. I will not be shopping here ever agian. Absolutely appalling
