Disappointed that though I have purchased items before, your system refused to recognise me, despite being able to contact me. I therefore dealt by phone. That was not easy : I rang several time on a Friday afternoon before getting through to a machine which said that someone would get back to me. They didn't. I eventually managed to contact a human being and we completed the transaction. I was impressed by the speed with which the order arrived and I thought that contents of the books was brilliant, though I wish you could do something about the smell.
