Usually very good, however.....
In one last order 2 items were missing and i received one that I hadn't ordered. They quickly put this right.
My latest order was correct.
All resources arrive quickly.
I did however, have a letter telling me that there would be a surprise for me in my next order but there was no surprise (unless the surprise was that this order was correct, in which case, well done)
