The company need to rethink their package size. The package is made solid ( by the thick cardboard within) so it cannot be bent and is 5cm bigger than the postbox hole in your front door. This means the postman cannot deliver and you have to collect from postoffice delivery stations. Delays++. I wanted to start the revision tuesday, but could only access the papers Saturday. As this was the week before the exam - i could not get through the resources in time. Exam Ninja need to rethink their presentation of their resources which were otherwise good. I feel i have paid for resources that iwill never use ( as the time has gone). If Exam Ninja read this - Can i have a refund? Thanks
