Excellent service. I had accidently ordered two KS2 packs, after explaining my error Exam Ninja promptly cancelled one of the packs, refunded the money and sent me an email confirming their actions. I received products very quickly (especially considering it was over the Christmas period). The resources are excellent and my son is enjoying completing the packs thus far!
