In the initial order, my 3 books were missed. However, I came to know that during my period of contacting Exam Ninja they were closed for full cleaning for a week. That upset me. However, once the office resumed, team Ninja was very prompt and quickly shipped the books free of cost to my overseas address. Their service is commendable and I look forward to use their service in the future.
