I have found the products really filling which does making cutting calories easier. It takes a while to find what you like, there are a few awful ones! (Coconut bar is gross to me).
Once I had a routine with the ones I like, chocolate fudge, lemon bar and the cinnamon shake I found it easy to stick to. A week in and I’ve lost 6lbs.
I started with the month box then just topped it up offering the things I like. For the shakes definitely use a blender and ice.
