The taste isn't as bad as some of the reviews I have read, and surprisingly I have not felt that hungry in between meal replacements. Order and Delivery - As this was my first order, I received a few freebies! - I ordered my 4-week box around midday and received my order the next day. Alternatives - I had previously tried to Cambridge Diet (1:1 Diet), but I found it too expensive. Exante is definitely a better and cheaper alternative. - I had also previously tried my own very low calorie diet by shopping for ingredients myself, but I always found myself overeating due to a lack of portion control.
