Shakes are ok. Other products are hit and miss. Some nice. Some inedible. Everything does have that synthetic taste. Delivery is often problematic. Courier they use is awful. Customer services are very apologetic when things go wrong but don't actually resolve the issue. Words of apology mean nothing when the customer is the one inconvenienced and left to sort everything out. Very poor.
