I ordered and paid for 3 books from Exclusive Books SA online on 7 Nov 2023, with the confirmed delivery date being 16 Nov. I then queried on the CustomerCare email on 17 Nov and was told a response would be received immediately it was received from the warehouse. It’s now 21 Nov, no response, calling the toll-free line was useless, so now I just wait….
Next time, it will be much easier buying from Takealot. At least then you will be assured of a fast and efficient service.
