This was my first purchase from the Executive Shaving Company, and the goods arrived on time and as described. The product descriptions were good enough for me to evaluate which items I wanted. The only problem I encountered was on the website when it came to paying. I had expected to find the usual variety of payment options such as credit/debit cards, PayPal etc but I was only offered Klarna credit as the payment option. This was no good to me as I wanted to pay outright by card and not have a third party involved. I tried numerous times to pay and got nothing, and was on the verge of giving up when I thought my VPN might be the cause, so I had to go to the trouble of deactivating it from my router, and sure enough the reloaded page regained the other payment options. So beware, this site will not work as expected if you have a VPN, even if it is set to the UK. Everything else with the Executive Shaving Company was fine.
