Really great company here for three reasons. First, they were super helpful when I wrote them an e-mail; I got a thoughtful response with helpful feedback on my decision making process. Second, they have great content available to help educate folks on wet shaving, especially for newbies. Third, they shipped quickly and even threw in some goodies for me. A+.
