Website great, customer service great but let down with communication. Ordered a pottery bowl but didn't come as picture showed. Disappointed they sent it as it wasn't the same shape. After seeing it on delivery I was well disappointed but soon was put in my collection. Emailed their customer service & got a reply very quickly which was explanatory but couldn't understand why they sent the item as not the same on the website. Ordered the bowl what I wanted from another company to make sure I got what I ordered.
