The instructor was pleasant and friendly and clear and articulate on the content within the training. She took time when students strayed from the lectures to help aid in user's understanding while still effectively managing the time needed to fulfill the overall lecture and course instruction timelines. She came across as highly knowledge and very capable to provide this level of training and I feel that her approach to instruction created an experience where we will retain the learning and achieve success for those of us who are taking the certification exam for this course.
