The only criticism I would have is of the advertising. I signed up a group for in person learning only to learn after paying that there were insufficient students signed up to justify flying the instructor out to the training. The online platform worked well, however I would have appreciated that the advertisement was a little clearer about instructor-led not necessarily translating to instructor present.
