Lisa Merrill with ExitCertified is a great facilitator...her style provided lots of opportunities to ask questions, allowed for time to ensure that everyone was on the same page and even incorporated real examples. Her willingness to quickly adjust to 12 individuals coming from different corporate backgrounds is to be commended.
