I was satisfied with the overall class material and the instructor teaching the class. I was just unsatisfied with IBM group unable to fix the license error or get our virtual machines to run for our course. I am planning on taking another course with ExitCertified for "IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS V9.6 - Practitioner." I'll be back soon.
