This company are very unreliable with customers money and carelessly rude while at it. A simple explanation would have gone a long way to ease up the situation of my inability to access my funds but instead they chose to ignore me for about 5 weeks until I got Nexusinvestigationsgroup’c0m involved who made good the situation and all my money was returned to me completely.
