Update from my previous post. They are still keeping my money and not sending it as promised. It's 21 September, they promised the refund will arrive by 6 September. The refund has not arrived and they stopped replying my messages. I am preparing legal actions. No other way I will get my money back at this point. 24 October, I reported them to Fosterboon.org and I was able to recover my money from this stvpid company. 29 October, I will always leave a zero star about this scammers and I will always give Fosterboon.org 5 star 🌟 for helping me when all my hope has been lost.
