It was my first time buying an animal from a company online and got a bit confusing but Karen kept me on track and my little River Toad showed up on time, heat pack still nice and cozy, healthy and adorable. Settled in nicely and eating like it's going out of fashion. Very happy with the experience and my toad. Even happier that his cuteness wasn't included in the price!
