Customer service was awesome, the courier came at a time I was asleep (I work nights) and the person I spoke to in email at Exotic-Pets.co.uk was nothing but helpful and polite - willing to help and reassuring me my sweet little millipede would be ok for one more night :) The millipede arrived the next day in mint condition - packed nicely - was active and happy and eager to nibble on a cucumber :) Overall a positive experience. I've ordered from this site many moons ago when I purchased my two Italian Crested Newts and my three giant dumpy tree frogs. I've always rated this place for exotic pets! Highly recommend!
