I had never owned an exotic pet before and wanted to get a toad for my friend as she has an obsession with them. I emailed in advance to give me a hand with my research and equipment and Karen was fantastic. She re organised my basket with the correct equipment I would need and gave me some pointers to get us started.
On top of this, it proved difficult to find a frog or toad in the uk that would be shipped in time but Exotic Pets smashed it! Highly recommend!
