The staff were really helpful with my purchase. I was looking for a heating cable for my indoor greenhouse plants cabinet. Answered all my questions, and when I popped in to collect, they showed me/talked me through the various thermostats I could use explaining all the features. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and my daughter loved having a little wander through the shop to see some of the reptiles and amphibians too!
