Very pleased with the service and indeed the insects received from Exotic-Pets! All my queries were answered fully (phone and email) and Gemma was always helpful and knowledgeable. We had to wait for a while for our order to be posted because of the prolonged cold weather but it was nice to know that Exotic-Pets put animal welfare first. I was kept informed at all times of any changes and progress with our order. Fully recommend this company! Thank you!
