I’ve ordered from this shop before and had great experiences, but unfortunately, this time has been disappointing. I reached out about my order as i needed to confirm an approximate time, and while I received automated confirmation emails acknowledging my messages, I never got a proper response. I've also checked my junk folder to be sure. Ordered on monday at 8am, emailed on tuesday just in case. The website states dispatch is between Monday and Thursday, but it has now been four days and with no communication, it seems unlikely my order will arrive in time. The lack of updates is frustrating, as I specifically chose this shop based on past reliability and i literally just wanted to learn about the dispatch time, nothing else. Just a simply reply shouldn't be this difficult. :( If my package isn’t dispatched today (friday) I’d like a refund. I’m happy to update my rating if this issue is resolved.
